Toni Latour, Art Instructor

Toni is a multidisciplinary artist based in Vancouver. She works in video, sound, photography, text-based practices, drawing, public and performance art. She received her BFA from the University of Windsor in 1998 and her MFA from the University of Western Ontario in 2000. Since 1994 she has exhibited her work nationally and internationally in both solo and group shows and has received numerous grants and awards in support of her practice. Toni's art is held in private and public collections, including the National Potrait Gallery of Canada and the Surrey Art Gallery. Her Vancouver Biennial public art installation can be seen at Brighouse Skytrain Station in Richmond, BC. Toni teaches Digital and Chemical Photography at Kwantlen University and Drawing at the University of the Fraser Valley in British Columbia.
